Many thanks for reporting this error, and I apologise for the inconvenience - I'll make sure we get to the bottom of it.
Were you prompted to install Internet Explorer 7 or the .Net Framework when you started the installation?
Also would you mind taking a look at your list of installed programs and seeing if the Microsoft .Net Framework is installed (and if so which versions?).
Finally I believe the problem will be resolved if you explicitly install Version 3.5 of the Microsoft .Net Framework, available from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=333325FD-AE52-4E35-B531-508D977D32A6&displaylang=en. Please could you install this and then confirm that SmartsAutoWeb installs correctly?
